Once you have selected a product that you would like to purchase, click on
"Buy Now”
When you have selected all the products that you would like, click “Checkout”
Please review your cart carefully and make sure to click on the “update” button if you make any changes
You will be prompted for your name, address and payment information – we accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal– then click “Checkout”
Review your order details, delivery and credit card billing information, then click “Purchase” and your order is complete

Delivery Details
We ship most orders within 7 days
Your order is shipped by Canada Post
In some circumstances, delivery will be shipped by another delivery service provider such as Trucking companies as required

The number of days required to ship your order is estimated, but not guaranteed
Orders to small centers or remote locations may require extra shipping time
Some items may require your signature – if you are not available for a signature, the courier will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order

Pricing Policy
All prices quoted are payable in Canadian Dollars and do not include shipping charges or taxes
We reserve the right to change prices and availability at any time and  without notice
The quantities of items featured in the Korean TV Drama DVD Sale are strictly limited. Once the relevant quantity is sold out, our system will automatically revert the discounted price to its original without prior notice. Please ensure that the prices are correct at the order preview page, as no price adjustments will be allowed once the order has been placed

Return Policy
You will receive your official sales receipt with your order – keep this receipt handy
You may return new, unused products for a refund within 30 days. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging and be accompanied by the official sales receipt
If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Items in the section may not be returned nor refunded unless they are defective.


Order Cancellation
If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it (see Return Policy)
Items in the section may not be cancelled once an order has been placed.

Misprints
We reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund
